Position Summary 职责描述：
Be an excellent and creative classroom practitioner to assist class teachers in teaching, learning, classroom management. Be responsible for students’ health and safety. To participate in all kinds of meetings, trainings and reviews or activities to continuing professional development.
作为出色并附有创造力的专业教师，帮助主班老师拓展平时教学、学习活动和课堂管理。负责学生的健康安全。参与各种形式的会议、培训、评估及活动以不断提高专业进步。
Teaching, learning and Classroom Management 教学、学习和课堂管理
Assist Chinese class teachers to establish medium term plans for themes throughout the academic year. Ensuring coverage and inclusion of Chinese Dimension;
与中文主班老师一同打造学期中间的各项主题活动计划，确保主题活动会涵盖中国元素;
Be an effective role model regarding behavior and expectations, effectively following the behavior policy of the school；
以身作则，遵守学校的行为准则；
Be thoroughly invested in the pastoral care of all students；
全身心的投入到对学生的生活及身心关怀中；
Assist class teachers to ensure planning reflects the needs and stages of development of students in your class. Enhance areas of learning and plan for challenge and support where necessary；

Make effective use of the school’s ICT resources, ensuring they enhance teaching and learning

Chinese intern teachers should expect to undertake any other reasonable duties for the further development of the school.

Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
Be an excellent and creative classroom practitioner, assist class teachers in planning, teaching and assessing students;
作为出色并富有创造力的专业教师，帮助主班老师进行课堂筹备、平时教学活动、并评估学生；
Be responsible for the health and safety and Safeguarding of students；
负责学生的健康与安全；
Have a positive impact on educational progress, assist class teachers to establish and maintain accurate assessment records, identify accurate next steps for students and produce informative reports to parents;
对儿童教育的进步起到正面影响，帮助主班老师打造并维护准确的学生评估记录，对不一样学生的下一步教学计划做出准确判断，并形成完整的报告，提供给家长；
Assist class teachers to make, use and maintain the teaching resources;
帮助主班老师进行教具的制作、投放与维护;
To be responsible for the decoration of classroom and big events;
负责教室环境布置及重大活动的布置；
Attend regular year group and team meetings, contributing fully and sharing good practice；
按期参与年级组及团队会议，认真投入，与同事推荐经验；
Participate in review meetings and lesson observations to support the development of teaching and learning;
参与听课评课、绩效评估会议，以全方位进步教学能力；
Work productively within your class team, year group team and Early Years team for the benefit of teaching and learning and continuing professional development.;
在班级团队、年级组、教学团队展开富有效果的教学和学习，并不断提高职业进步；
Contributing effectively to the wider aspects of the school, e.g. extracurricular activities;
对学校的各方面进步及活动作出积极贡献，包括但不限于课外活动等
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirement 岗位需要
1. Undergraduate students, major in pre-school education;
学前教育专业在校学生大学，；
2. Commitment to the wellbeing and pastoral care of all students within the class;
对所有班级学生展示生活及精神的关怀；
3. Good communication skills;
好的交流方法；
4. Experience of studying overseas or with international students would be an advantage.
